What Water Filter Do You Use?

It’s been stated across the board, from your doctor to this blog and back, that we all should be drinking more water. In today’s age, many have been buying water filters in order to keep a fresh, clean supply in the fridge. However, not all filters are the same nor are they created equal.

Jug filters that are provided in supermarkets do filter tap water, but don’t quite clean it entirely. While the jug filters remove chlorine, copper, cadmium, and mercury from the tap water, the water may still be acidic. They might also remove minerals from the water that could be beneficial. It is up to you as the consumer to read up and do the research to find a filter that is the best for you.
