According to a Harris Poll, it seems that nearly ¾ of Americans will be starting a new resolution for 2015. Sure some have career goals or want to lose a few pounds, but the majority is starting with a small yet attainable goal. They pledge to drink more water this year.

Too many adults in the United States, the U.K., and worldwide don’t drink enough water. Water is essential in the majority of bodily functions and can actually help out with other resolutions.
