Making sure to exercise everyday, find something active that you love to do is the easiest way. Trying to get the recommended eight hours can be very beneficial to your health. Yoga can help reduce stress and just help your state of mind. We are supposed to drink at least 2.5 litres of water each day, but even getting close to that can be helpful
