According to Scottish Water, that water supply serves at least 218 properties in that particular area of the Isle. Boiling the water in that area is advised before drinking or cooking; to prevent any potential illnesses. As of now bottled water will be provided to the affected areas of potential E.Coli threat by the water utilities company itself.
