Mayhem erupted thanks to Mother Nature in Plymouth via flash flooding. The heavy, heavy rain caused people to get trapped in residential and commercial areas; motorists were left with soggy rides; and emergency crews and police were overtaxed with rectifying the issue. Since city drains can’t handle the influx of water, people are looking for new solutions.
