After four years of a stalemate due to political disagreements, California has now decided to spend the $900 million revenue from its carbon-trading programme. This money will go towards more environment-friendly bills in an effort to cut back on carbon output and waste. Climate change is being fought back by these new bills, payed for by the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. Citizens will expect to see differences as soon as the bills pass.
