Drink Water for Weight Loss

Many UK citizens struggle with their weight and dieting. With so many fad diets out there, it’s easy to lose weight in the short term but have trouble keeping it off. However, doctors have found that drinking water before meals can help you lose weight and keep it off.

A study where obese adults consumed 500ml of water a half hour before eating meals showed an average weight loss of 4.3kg over a 12-week period.
