Drink Water to Counter Summer Air

During the summer months, the air outside is either dry and hot or humid and muggy. Both can be uncomfortable, but both air conditions can also be dangerous. The summer air can dehydrate you quickly if you aren’t careful.

While many believe dry heat causes extra perspiration, moist humidity can also cause people to sweat. You need your fluids replenished during perspiration, so it is important to carry water with you as you move about day to day during the summer.
