The United Nations stood together and agreed that access to clean drinking water and proper waste sanitation is global right that all people should have. Many scientists, inventors, and professionals are working together to make that a reality for the millions who are suffering from dirty water and unsanitary toilets. Sadly, time is running out.

With the way populations are growing, the only way we would be able to reach that goal would be to achieve it in five years. The projection is that the world’s population will increase by 1.5 billion people by 2030, mostly in the developing world.
