Physicians often tell their patients to drink more water and stay hydrated, but what are the real consequences? Many folks don’t get enough water that they need and don’t realize what they are doing to their bodies. Sure, when you’re thirsty you have a drink, but aside from that, what’s the big deal?

Even mild dehydration can lead to some serious health risks. Not having enough water in your body can cause headaches, rapid heartbeat, low-blood sugar, fatigue, and many other issues.
