Feeling Blue? Drink Some Water!

Ever feel down? Lower in spirit? Lethargic? These could be symptoms of depression. However, before you go to the doctor, ask yourself, “When was the last time I had a drink of water?”

Studies have shown that dehydration can lead to lethargy, feeling rundown, headaches, and other symptoms that are similar to those in depressed people. If you still feel the way you feel after drinking copious amounts of water and staying hydrated for a week, then visit a physician.
