Northumbrian Water’s Warkworth Water Treatment Works will be refurbished and enhanced with 2.2 million pounds to continue to provide quality drinking water. The money will be used to renew water pumps, replace filters, and renew computer control stations. Warkworth WTW supplies 92,000 customers up to 42 million liters of water per day.
