The United States Department of Agriculture announced that it will provide $352 million in various loans and grants to rural areas of the country to ensure access to clean water and waste water treatment. Some who have benefited include Buckland, AK which is looking for a safe solid waste site and Edgerton, WI which is upgrading its 31 year old water treatment facility.
