Many of us live in pain each day, whether from illness, activity, or just the stresses of life. And, to help solve that pain, many of us turn to over the counter or prescription painkillers, natural remedies, or other therapies. But researchers at Cambridge University have recently published a study suggesting that a much simpler solution might have very positive results. Cold water therapy is exactly what it sounds like – submerging yourself in very cold water – and the research on its pain-reduction potential is extremely promising.
