2020 was a year that we were all stress eating and probably drinking more than we should be. 2021 should be the year of changes as far as our diets are concerned. There should be more focus on immunity which vitamin C is good for. We should also focus on drinking less alcohol, sleeping better, and even gardening. Gardening is a good way to keep active and give ourselves a good dose of sunlight and exercise. The better we are at adapting to the world around us, the better off we will be.
