Our freshwater resources are vulnerable, and that has businesses considering the effects of climate change and assessing the risks and challenges to come.

Successful companies will have to balance demands for water and other resources with climate activity. Rising sea levels are a big problem, while changing storm patterns may cause more flooding (or alternatively, more droughts).

Disruptions in the water supply greatly affect businesses that rely on it, such as the interruption of supply chains and availability of materials. Contaminated water increases costs.
